Hangman
Objective
Guess the word before the hangman figure is completed.
Setup
- One player takes the role of the “executioner” and chooses a word with up to 7 letters
- Places the letters in the board slots (the first letter goes in the rightmost slot)
- The other player is the “guesser”
How to Play
- The guesser says one letter per turn
- Marks the letter by lifting the corresponding cover
- If the letter is correct, the executioner reveals its position in the word
- If it is incorrect, the executioner adds a part to the hangman figure
- The game continues until the word is guessed or the figure is completed
How to Win
- The guesser wins if they guess the word before the figure is completed
- The executioner wins if the hangman figure is completed first
End of the Game
The game ends when the word is guessed or when the hangman figure is completed (8 attempts in total).
